STEM for Her: Empowering Girls Through Education and Innovation

Transforming Vision, Creating Hope in Howrah

On 21st November 2024, DITO Social Welfare Association, in collaboration with The Hope Foundation, organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp for the underprivileged in Howrah. This impactful initiative saw 146 attendees, including 118 men and 28 women, benefiting from professional eye care services at no cost.

To extend the support further, Free Spectacles were distributed to patients in need, ensuring access to improved vision without any financial burden. This one day of care created lifelong changes, allowing many to return to work or school with renewed clarity. The overwhelming participation reinforces DITO’s ongoing commitment to improving lives through crucial healthcare initiatives and ensuring that basic necessities, like clear sight, reach everyone.
